Brothers and co-founders Sean T. and Franklin T. Danley were born and raised in Inglewood, California. The pair relocated to OKC respectively in 2006 and 2008. Serial entrepreneurs, they have over 20 years combined experience in the real estate industry, respectively holding the titles of broker, salesperson, house flipper and landlord. Like most investors, single-family residential and vacant land investments is where the brothers got their start. However, in 2023 Danleyland pivoted into the multi-family, apartment complex and commercial storage space sectors.

Sean T. Danley

Eldest brother, Sean, a former real estate salesperson and broker, established real estate investment companies 405 Homebuyers and 405 Rentals and Investors Realty in OKC, wherein he flipped single-family homes and grew a rental property portfolio valued at over $1,000,000. For a decade, he also served as a Real Estate Industry Regulator. Sean authored the book, “The Good & Bad about Hard Money Lenders” to help dispel myths surrounding the use of hard money as part of the investment strategy.

Franklin T. Danley

Younger brother, Franklin attended Langston University and worked with special needs youth for nearly two decades, while assisting his brother on several real estate projects and moonlighting as a real estate agent. Upon Oklahoma legalizing medicinal marijuana, he entered the burgeoning new sector and established Happa Wellness Dispensary and expanded his brand to two locations in the OKC metro.
